Shipping & Returns

Orders placed online are shipped Monday through Friday using USPS Priority or Express Mail.  

Our stock items ship 1-6 business days from the order date (given our Hawaii location).  Standard ground shipping usually takes between 3-6 days, depending on your location. 

If you need an item expedited or have other special circumstances, please contact us before placing your order. We will accommodate most requests within reason.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

Tikishiki will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur in the USPS delivery process due to weather, holidays or normal processing time.

We do ship international orders and will process these orders with the USPS system as above.
